Cancellation Policy

Printed Books: If you need to cancel an order for a printed book, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

eBooks: Once an eBook has been purchased and downloaded, it cannot be cancelled.

Services: Cancellation policies for services may vary. Please refer to the specific service agreement or contract for details.

Please note that any refunds or cancellations are subject to review and approval by Voyage INC. Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.
